“STICKY FRAGMENTS - In good Company” ist eine transdisziplinäre Physical Theatre Gruppe mit Sitz im Ruhrgebiet. Das Team, bestehend aus Meret König, Valentin Schwerdfeger und Carla Wyrsch, ist je nach Projekt in guter Gesellschaft von Kollaborateur*innen verschiedener Disziplinen.
„STICKY FRAGMENTS“ finden sich an klebrigen Schnittstellen wieder: von Physical Theatre und Bildender Kunst, Digitalität und Devising, Performance und Probe, Recherche und Lachanfall.
Die Arbeiten entstehen immer in eigener Autor*innenschaft und kombinieren intensive künstlerische Forschung mit Spielfreude und Humor. Inhaltlich bleibt die Company immer wieder an queer-feministischen und antikapitalistischen Themen kleben und versucht neue Zukünfte zu erträumen.
Offen im künstlerischen Format haben die „STICKY FRAGMENTS“ seit 2021 drei Stücke gemeinsam entwickelt: die installative Schaufensterperformance „Wenn wir Glück haben, dann löst es uns ganz auf“ und die Physical Theatre Stücke „Choking on Stardust“ und „try to catch a falling knife“. Gezeigt wurden die Arbeiten bisher beim ZeitzeugFestval Bochum, im LOCH Wuppertal, im Folkwang Museum Essen, im Pina Bausch Theater, sowie im Maschinenhaus Essen.

"STICKY FRAGMENTS - In good Company" is a transdisciplinary physical theater group based in the Ruhr area. The team, consisting of Meret König, Valentin Schwerdfeger and Carla Wyrsch, is in great company with collaborators from various disciplines, with each project.
"STICKY FRAGEMENTS" can be found at gluey interfaces: between physical theater and visual arts, digitality and devising, performance and rehearsal, research and laughter.
The works are always created with a strong sense of authorship and combine intensive artistic research with playfulness and humor. In terms of content, the company repeatedly sticks to queer-feminist and anti-capitalist themes and tries to dream up new futures.
Open to different artistic formats, the "STICKY FRAGMENTS" have developed three pieces together since 2021: the installative shop window performance "Wenn wir Glück haben, dann löst es uns ganz auf" and the physical theater pieces "Choking on Stardust" and "try to catch a falling knife". The works have so far been shown at the ZeitzeugFestival Bochum, LOCH Wuppertal, Folkwang Museum Essen, Pina Bausch Theater and Maschinenhaus Essen.
